Event Information
Okay, okay – we get it, you’d like more details about what this amazing once-in-a-lifetime event will look like!
Take a look at some of the key details below, as well as the sub-pages available for you. Just keep in mind that the event team is comprised of volunteers, who will be working to refine this.
Key Details
Cost
This event will cost $20 per person (no tax), with an optional $5 add-on for camping.
For more information, please see our Pricing page.
Getting There
Bus transportation will be provided from HQ on Baseline Road, although we only have 46 spots available.
We’re now encouraging people to carpool who aren’t able to take this bus.
Food & Drinks
During the expo we’ll provide you with a lunch, snack, and refreshments, provided by the Ope Crew! We’re planning to provide a pizza supper for anyone who stays for the campfire – whether you’re camping or not!
Accomodations
We encourage you to stay over! We’ll offer camping on Friday and Saturday night, but you will be responsible for your own food outside of the Expo.
Timing
The core event will be from 9:30am to 4:30pm, with arrival any time after 8am. For those who aren’t staying over – and aren’t bussing – you can stay as late as you’d like on Saturday, and join us for a campfire!
Activities
We have so much planned for you! Skills training, ScoutTalks, onboarding, network and communication… you don’t want to miss it! Check out our Program Sessions page for more details.
Location
We’re fortunate that one of our local Scout camps, Camp Opemikon, has offered to host us!
