How to Register
Our registration form covers five different steps… well, an introduction and then 4 different steps. Let’s walk you through what you need to know ahead of time for each!
Prepare for 2026
- Ensure you've renewed as an active Scouter for 2026-27
- Or.... ensure you're able to attend with a sponsor from an active group, if you're a pending or perspective volunteer
Plan for logistics
- Are you able to camp with us?
- Do you require any accommodations?
- Which meal package would you like?
Agreements
- Acknowledge our agreements to be able to attend!
- Confirm that you understand that no refunds or transfers will be permitted
Payment
- Payment will be processed by Square directly on the website
- An email receipt will be sent to you afterwards
