We’re ramping up for the 2nd annual Scouter Expo, to ensure that we can run an amazing weekend for you!

As we’re volunteers just like you, it’ll take us time to build out all the information for you. We’ll also try to be responsive to any questions you may have.
What are our event timelines?
We know that last year felt very rushed and last minute, so we’re planning and preparing in advance, with the following goals:
Early April
Asking for Scouters to register their interest in attending, and soliciting feedback for what you want the Expo to be.
May 1st
Registration opens for all Scouters.
August
Finalizing our sessions.
Monthly
We’re hoping to run monthly update and Q&A sessions, to ensure you’re up to date on our current plans, sessions, and timing.
