Key Details
Cost
We have two packages available for you to choose from:
- $30 for a fully catered weekend
- $25 for only a lunch on Saturday
Your packages will include everything with the expo – whether you’re camping or not!
Getting There
Camping with us for the event? We’re happy to provide on-site parking for you to make it easier to bring your gear, and store any additional food you may need.
Attending only on Saturday? We’re working to pinpoint a parking site close to Ope, and provide a shuttle for you.
Food & Drinks
At a minimum, the Ope Rover Crew is planning to provide a BBQ lunch on Saturday… that’s right, the famous Ope BBQ is back!
For those who choose the full meal package, we’ll have details closer to the event.
Accomodations
We encourage you to stay over! We’ll offer camping on Friday and Saturday night. New for 2025, there will be no additional cost to camp.
Timing
From your feedback, we’re looking to extend the program!
Activities
We have so much planned for you! Skills training, ScoutTalks, onboarding, network and communication… you don’t want to miss it! Check out our Program Sessions page for more details.
